accept/reject order mobile app via webhook

I can send an order via webhook from a restaurant ordering webapp i am using. i need an android mobile app, that once it receives the webhook, it makes a continued sound until accepted or rejected, displays buttons ACCEPT/REJECT, and prints the order received when accepted to a network or bluetooth printer .
