Zoho Creator App for Android & Apple

I need an expert to upload my Zoho Creator application SDK to both Android and Apple stores. The purpose of this application is for internal back-office management. Even though I've skipped functionalities question, this application can perform user authentication, data management, and report generation. Although the completion period is within a month, I would prefer someone who can do it as soon as possible. If you have significant experience in Zoho Creator applications and store uploads, I would love to hear from you.
