I'm seeking a skilled mobile app developer to create an equipment management application for both iOS and Android platforms. The app will allow me to monitor the usage of equipment by drivers.

Key Features:
- Equipment List: Input and manage a list of equipment with their current kilometers.
- Driver Requests: Drivers can send usage requests for approval.
- Usage Logging: After using the equipment, drivers will manually enter kilometers and fuel consumption, with photo confirmation.
- Verification System: The app should verify the accuracy of kilometers and fuel entered by drivers.
- Maintenance Alerts: Email alerts for maintenance after 10,000 km, 20,000 km, and 50,000 km.
- User Access: I will have sole ownership and access. The app will allow for 5 additional users to monitor progress without editing permissions. One of the 5 users will have permission to grant access to drivers but cannot create new emails or modify other settings.
