Youth Program Drop-In Request App

I'm looking for an experienced mobile app developer to create a cross-platform (iOS and Android) application for signing up to youth drop-in programs.
Key Features:
- User Roles: The app should have two main user roles: Admin and Youth Participants. The Admin role should have the capabilities to manage programs, approve sign-ups, while the Youth Participants role is for requesting a space in the program
- Sign-Up Method: The sign-up process for the app should be straightforward and secure, using an Email and Password method. The system should also include a password recovery option for users who may forget their credentials.
