Xamarin android 3D model + click

I got a xamarin app that truck drivers use for several processes, I now need to add 3D models with zoom, pan and tilt. Also identify which part of the model is clicked. The model needs to be grouped into parts by our admin user.
So if the driver detects the trucks windshield is broken he would click on the windshield group of the 3D model.
I'm looking for someone to give us this functionality so that we can take care of the app inhouse.
