Xamarin Form(Android and IOS) Custom Push Notification

Looking for someone that can incorporate push notification in my Xamarin form app. Must be comfortable working on a remote desktop and do all the settings for me. Not sure if i want to do Azure push notification or not. I need someone that understands the concept very well and can explain from my use case.

Needs someone that can complete this ASAP
