Xamarin App Compilation Error Fix

I'm facing a compilation issue in my Xamarin app (only Android APP), specifically related to the data export feature trying to share information with a CSV file. the error ocurr when i push the button to share the CSV

I need some person correct the error, I think it is some some NEW restriction in the Android OS..
The app works fine until a few months ago, but I think it must be an Android OS restriction.
