Wristband Access Control Management App

I'm looking for a cross-platform (iOS and Android) mobile application that interacts with a wristband to manage access control. This app will allow users to utilize digital access cards via their wristband rather than physical cards.
Key Features:
- Access Control Management: The primary function of the app is to oversee and manage access control.
- Biometric Authentication: Users should authenticate themselves on the app using biometric methods. This adds an extra layer of security and convenience.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in mobile app development for both iOS and Android.
- Experience with access control systems.
- Knowledge of biometric authentication integration in apps.
- Previous work with wearable tech, particularly wristbands, is a plus.
Note - the wristband hasn't been made yet and the idea is to build an app first and then build a wristband that would connect. The idea is to have one place to store all your access cards.
