AR Word Detection App

I'm looking for an AR developer who can create an Android app that detects both printed and handwritten words.

The app should:
- Support Android platform
- Detect both printed and handwritten words
- Display dynamic images from a database upon word detection

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in AR development, especially on Android
- Experience with text recognition technologies (OCR)
