Wish to have Mobile app developer who can give rich UI and app development.

I am looking for a mobile app developer who can create a rich UI and develop an app for both iOS and Android platforms. There will be many projects but wish to have (Indian app devs or from Bangladesh). They should also have smooth expertise in both iOS and Android platforms.
