Wireless Coverage and Antenna Angle Calculator

I'm in need of a android app that can map cellphone sites, calculate wireless coverage, and determine antenna angles within towers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- **Cellphone Site Mapping**: The app should have the capability to plot cellphone sites on a map.
- **Wireless Coverage Calculation**: It should be able to calculate the wireless coverage of each tower ( deviding the distance between the tower and nearest towers by 2 ).
- **Tower Antenna Angle Calculation**: The app must also compute the angles of coverage for antennas within the tower and draw coverage on the map ( all data available by the user such as number of antennas for each tower and its angle.

DATA ENTRY:
- **Tower Locations**: The user should be able to manually input the ID of towers than detect it's location on map and enter which antenna need to get its coverage than start working.
- **Antenna Parameters**: Parameters for each antenna within the tower need to be manually entered but the location is enterd by default.

TIMEFRAME: I am looking to have this project completed as soon as possible.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in android application development
- Experience working with mapping tools
- Knowledge of wireless coverage calculations and antenna angles
- Strong understanding of data entry systems
- Ability to deliver quality work within a tight deadline.
