Wine Database And Food Matching APP Like Vivino

I am looking to create a wine database and food matching application, similar to Vivino. It needs to work on iOS and have the capability for users to rate or review wines. Also, I would like a content management system to manage the data associated with the app. This should include the ability to add, edit, or delete entries within the database. I am looking for a talented developer to work closely with me to build this innovative and user friendly application.
There should be the options of showing the quantity left in stock, if possible grey out the 0 valued items
Should be able to work offline and online
Should be branded with our logo
Would be good to have good graphic position for the wine picture next to the content / information about the wine with options (if possible) for wine out of stock
