Windev & Android Developer for RFID Middleware

I need a developer who is highly skilled in both PCSoft Windev Mobile and Android Studio. The primary purpose is to form a middleware that lets Windev Mobile utilize many functions of Zebra RFID SDK.
The required functions are:
* Read/Write Data
* Geolocation Tagging
I already have the Zebra RFID SDK along with its documentation. The main objective of this project is to allow the communication between the Zebra RFID SDK and Windev Mobile. This will involve effective interpretation and integration of SDK functionalities into the Windev software.
Key Skills:
* Profound experience in PCSoft Windev Mobile development
* Strong proficiency in Android Studio
* Capability to integrate SDK into another platform
* Understanding of Zebra RFID SDK and its core functionalities.
Develop a small Android native application or service that includes the Zebra RFID SDK and exposes the necessary functionalities through a simplified interface that aWinDev application can interact with.
Communication Between WinDev and Android:
Use the JNI (Java Native Interface) or other suitable methods provided by WinDev Mobile to call into the native Android module.
Design a communication protocol (likely via intents) to exchange data between the WinDev app and the native Android module.
Implementing RFID Functionalities
Establish Connection: Implement logic to connect to the RFID reader using the SDK’s connection management functions.
Configuration: Code the necessary configuration routines for the RFID reader as per your application's needs, utilizing the SDK's configuration APIs.
Perform RFID Operations: Implement the core RFID functionalities like reading, writing, inventory, etc., in your native Android module and expose these to the WinDev Mobile app.
Step 5: Testing and Debugging
Test the Integration: Thoroughly test the integration between the WinDev Mobile application and the native Android module to ensure reliable operation and performance.
Debugging: Utilize debugging tools available in both WinDev Mobile and Android Studio to troubleshoot and fix any issues.
