Whatsapp Shopping eCommerce App Development in Flutter

We are looking for a Multivendor whatsapp shopping Ecommerce app.
In which there should be an Admin.
Seller's accounts should also be on whatsapp store.
Buyers should be able to place orders through whatsapp only.
Source code will be handed over to us whenever we require anytime.
No amount will be paid in advance.
Amount will be paid in milestones.
If you will not be providing your i.d and address proof then no need to apply for this project.
There should be payment gateway in the app.
Backend should be on Firebase.
There should be Google maps api.
Admin panel will be on Php.
Users should be able to post feedback on seller account on any products after item is delivered. Feedback can only be deleted by admin or buyer themselves only.
