WhatsAPP Status Tracker Script

Hello there, I need to write a script (code) for my App that is already in the developing phase. The App will be used to track WhatsApp Status (Offline /online) for multiple phone numbers worldwide and sends notifications about that, it also will be track whatsApp phone numbers even if the person is hide in privacy setting on WhatsApp. So, I need to write A script to handle that.
