WebView App Setup & Build Assistance

I need help setting up my computer for a React Native WebView app and building IPA & APK files for app store submission.

Requirements:
- Set up React Native on both Windows and Mac computers (No Expo).
- Ensure all necessary software (Node.js, JDK, Android Studio etc.) is correctly installed and configured.
- Build IPA and APK files for an already created React Native WebView app that displays a website.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with React Native.
- Proficient in setting up development environments on both Windows and Mac.
- Familiar with building and submitting iOS and Android apps.
