Web app that facilitate fresh fruit and vegetables selling

I am looking for someone or a team to create for me a webapp that can be used as an iOS and Android app. The web app will be for facilitating fruit and veggies buying for people. The web app will have a login feature and creating a profile there. Also it will have location viewing service. I will go into more details once we start working.
