1.Seller will register their fixed details like company name,owner name,gst, address,mobile numbers,bank account details etc (a roughly 30-35 fields)
2.seller will register their products like grey,yarn,denim,print,dyed fabric etc (roughly 30-35 fields) with eye glass calculate pics (specifications of each product will be different.We can provide that to developer or we
3.Buyer will register their basic Information (mostly same as number 1.).
4.Buyer will select his required items like grey,yarn,processed fabric and add his regular notification wanted items , we will provide him a total quality list. Then payment days ,transport details etc.
5.Transports and brokers will register their profile as no.1
6.transport will submit their serving stations with freight and other details which we can bid on their rates.
7.now all datas of seller buyer brokers transporters will come to admin for approval.After negotiate the terms admin will live/reject/pending their profiles.
8.after approval admin will fix the limit,and other terms accepted by buyer seller they can put their sale purchase and use bidding facilities.
9.after bidding ok the system will make a confirmation note and send to buyer seller for signing under a copy to broker and admin.
10.now seller will send goods as per confirmation note and upload a tally invoice (export ).
11.The system will regenerate our company invoice and send to buyers.
12.now buyer and our company will make payment(online or offline) as per terms.
13.part payments will be settled after seeing the goods by buyer within a fixed time and send ok report to the site so we can send the balance amount to seller. Thats the end of happy journey.?
