Web & Mobile Booking Platform - 30/04/2026 12:27 EDT

This project combines a responsive web portal with companion iOS and Android apps for a new venture I’m launching. Users will be able to browse service-provider profiles, check real-time availability, and confirm bookings in just a few taps, while I manage everything from a secure admin dashboard.

Core requirements
• Unified backend API that serves the website and both mobile apps, built for scale and easy feature expansion.
• Secure authentication (email, social, and token-based sessions) with user roles for customers, providers, and admins.
• Clean, intuitive UI/UX that feels native on phones and equally polished in the browser.
• Admin panel to approve listings, view analytics, issue refunds, and handle content.
• Production-ready codebase in Git with clear documentation, automated tests, and environment variables for seamless deployment.

Tech is flexible—React or Vue for the web, React Native, Flutter, or Swift/Kotlin for the apps, and any solid backend (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.) that cleanly exposes REST or GraphQL endpoints.

There’s no hard deadline, so we can prioritise thoughtful architecture and maintainable code over rushing. Once delivered, I’ll need a short handover session and at least 30 days of post-launch support for critical bug fixes.
