I need someone who can work on a web based CMS and develop iOS and Android app for a construction company where they can manage employees (new or current), assign/add/receive jobs, contact sub contractors and contractors can update job details.
Currently it look like this zip file attached which is owned by someone else but the client would like to create their own CMS.
Need to use latest technology, React, Node, etc.
