I am looking for a developer who can create a web application and mobile apps (Android and iOS) for a hospital. The main purpose of this project is to streamline the operations and processes within the hospital, making it easier for staff to manage patient records, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
Specific features and functionalities that I have in mind for the web application and mobile apps are included in the attached document. So please go through it in detail. I have a general idea of how I want the system to function, but I am open to suggestions and improvements from the developer.
I don't have any specific technology in mind for which the project should be created. So please tell me about the technologies that you will use and why.
To be honest, I don't know what the budget of this project should be. So, do tell me about your budget as this platform was not allowing me to post the project without price.
In your proposal, I need the following things:
1. Which technology will be used for web applications, Android and iOS applications?
2. How much time would it take maximum? I need the time in milestones.
3. Separate budget for all 3 applications too.
