Web Application development with matching Mobile Application (Android)

Development of a Web Application and matching Mobile application.
Scope of works document will be provided on application
Application is an “Audit/reporting” tool for recording the strength of magnets. Technicians will be using the mobile application for filling out audits. Admin staff will be using the web application for producing pdf reports for clients.
You will be contracting to Eastec Group in Australia who is project managing this build for its client.
Budget $7.5K AUD
$500AUD Milestone 1 – Review Scope of works, provide wireframes for web and mobile application, provide 3 screen mock-ups for web and mobile application, setup development and production hosting environments and recommend (Provide details) on selected framework/platforms.
$1000AUD Milestone 2 – Database built and deployed. Front end UI build commenced and Mobile application build commenced.
$2000AUD Milestone 3 – Front End & Backend connected, basic functions are working, beta apk of Mobile application ready for testing.
$2000AUD Milestone 4 – All data input functions working and ready for testing, first version of cache ready for testing on mobile application.
$1000AUD Milestone 5 – Reporting outputs customised for PDF outputs. Locking and unlock of audits tested and working.
$1000AUD Milestone 6 – Final client testing and all functions working as per scope of works.
IMPORTANT
• The application must have an ability for users to “cache” device information on the mobile application so that they can still record the information when out of reception. Users should be able to select which devices or locations that they which to cache.
• Caching function must have the ability to resolve conflicts
• Caching must auto sync when connection is working
• The application must be able to output customised PDF reports (An example will be provided)
This is version one of this application. Further features to come such as scheduling, email alerts and more.
