Web And Android Application

I would like you to assist in creating a web and mobile Android application. I do not require Apple Iphone / Ipad, just Web and Android. It will consist of multiple user accounts with ability to create text notes as well upload images and share that information. We will begin with ability to create text notes and upload multiple photos per note. If we can use Bootstrap on the front end great... Otherwise we will use react.
