Wearable App (NFC Scanning) for Smartwatch

I'm looking to have a new app developed for an Android Wear smartwatch that utilizes NFC scanning. It should be a new app, not an existing app integration. This wear app will use NFC scanning as a way to store a bunch of data into smartwatch local storage and transfer the data to smartphone via bluetooth. By having the ability to quickly and easily store and transfer data, this app will provide a convenient way for users of the Android Wear platform to securely and quickly exchange information.
