I am looking for an experienced developer to design and create a VPN app for the Android platform. I want it to have encryption and a secure connection, and to also be compatible with mobile devices. It should also be capable of supporting multiple accounts. This app should be designed to meet my needs and specifications, but I do not have a preference in terms of the design.
