I need an expert to guide me in developing a wallet app for Android with the following core features:

Recharge and bill payment
Money transfer
Transaction history

Requirements:
- BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) integration for recharge and bill payments
- Possibly third-party service integration for bill payments, but I'm not sure yet
- Ability to make changes based on my needs

Ideal Skills & Experience:
