Wallet App Development

I am looking for a developer to create a wallet app for me that will work on both iOS and Android platforms. The app should have payment integration feature to enable users to make transactions easily. I am in need of a design for the app as well. The ideal candidate should have experience in mobile app development and design, as well as knowledge of payment integration.
