Voice platform

We are looking to build a platform that will allow users to subscribe to voice services via sms/ussd/web. The services will include a wake-up call service that allows the user wake up and listen to a prerecorded or live message daily. all the other services are pretty similar. Solution will require a CMS and admin section to manage users.
