I need a code/solution that launches a job that connects 2 users in a voice call.
One end (agent) using a mobile app (internet connection) and the other end (customer) using its local carrier (phone call).
There is a data base with agents using the app and a data base of customers to be called
The solution needs to work as a dialer. Take a register from the data base of customers to be called, prompt and idle agent to get into the call, if the agent takes the call dial to the customer and connect both ends in a call.
Expected to receive:
-mobile app (Android and iOS) for the end user connected via internet
-code of the apps and backend solution
-backoffice job that goes throught the data base to be called, identifies which agents are idle so they can be prompted with the call and connect to the customer in a call.
-NO THIRD PARTY PAY PER USE SW (Ej: per call or minute) SHOULD BE USED
