Voice Chat App Development

We are looking for a professional development team to build a complete voice chat mobile application similar to OiChat available on Google Play:

We don’t want an MVP — this should be a fully functional and scalable application, including:

Required Features:
• Public & Private voice chat rooms
• User registration via phone, email, Google, Facebook
• Coins system with Google/Apple billing
• VIP subscriptions (1–2 plans)
• Animated in-app gifts
• Agency system (agents managing hosts)
• Host & agent dashboards (hours, gifts, activity)
• Admin panel (manage users, rooms, reports)
• Room controls (mute, kick, assign moderator, lock with password)
• Multi-language support (Arabic, English, Filipino, Urdu…)

• Backend using Node.js or Laravel (NO Firebase)
• Agora for voice SDK
• Clean, modular, well-documented code
• Delivered in 3 clear phases
• Must include support and bug fixing for 3–6 months post delivery

In some apps, Google Play recharges cause card invalidation after 1–2 uses.
We want you to help implement a smart solution to minimize this risk via:
