Virtual sizing mobile app

I'm looking for an app developer to build a virtual sizing mobile app focusing specifically on canines of all breeds. This mobile tool is aimed at accurately determining the proper crate size for dog shipping using measurements of the dog's dimensions.
Key Features:
- Measure height, length, chest height of the dog: The app should have a feature that allows users to capture an image on their cell phone to enable measurements by the app and then select proper crate from database based on canine's size.
- Measure chest height: Beyond traditional dimensions, the app should also consider chest height to ensure the selected crate provides sufficient comfort for the dog while being transported.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- App development skills, with a portfolio of developed and live apps
- Experience with measurement tools in app development
- An understanding for the diverse anatomy of different dog breeds
- Prior experience in developing pet-related apps is a plus.
