Video calling app for Android & iOS

We would like to develop our video calling app for Android and iOS platform. The app is heavily focused on timed video calling. Very similar to the app Cambly for English learning with some features different.
Also some features will be added.

Only genuine developers with good graphics team should propose. You'll be designing and developing the app. Interface has to be very modern and flush.
