Vendor Management Android App Development

I'm looking for a competent Android app developer to create a vendor management application for me. The app should have the following key features:

- Assign Leads: The app should allow me to assign leads to different service providers.
- Track Task Progress: I should be able to monitor the progress of various tasks. The tracking should be based on milestone updates.
- Send Notifications: The app should send in-app notifications to service providers regarding lead assignments and other important updates.

In-app Notification: All lead assignments should be communicated to service providers through in-app notifications.

The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in Android app development.
- Prior experience in developing vendor management apps or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of implementing in-app notification systems.
