Vehicle Breakdown Assisstance App Development

I am looking to develop a vehicle breakdown assistance app for Android devices. Its a Final Year Project. Its an android application with which we can call mechanics to our location which will be tracked using geolocation and it will two login sections one for the users and the other for the mechanics. If ready then i will share the details further. I need it to have advanced geolocation capability so that drivers will be able to easily identify the nearest service centers and road assistance. It should also have a basic design, but of course be user-friendly and attractive. This will help my customers find quick, reliable assistance when their cars breakdown or encounter a mechanical malfunction. Thanks!
