The primary function of this app will be to log customer information, scan and read uploaded documents, and store or link documents from cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
Key Features and Requirements:
1. Cross-Platform Support:
Native-like performance on both Android and iOS platforms (e.g., using Flutter or React Native).
2. Customer Information Logging:
User-friendly forms to capture and store customer data.
Secure data handling and storage following relevant compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).
3. Document Management:
Document scanning capability using device camera (with OCR support if needed).
Uploading and reading of PDF, image, and common document formats.
Local document storage with secure access.
Option to link and access documents stored on external cloud drives.
4. User Authentication:
Secure login system (email/password, biometric, or SSO).
Role-based access if needed (e.g., admin, user).
5. Cloud Integration:
Integration with Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or similar platforms for linking documents.
Synchronization of document links with customer records.
6. Admin Panel (Optional but Recommended):
