Utility Bill Payment Wallet Mobile Application

I am looking for a developer to create a Wallet E-Commerce Mobile Application for both iOS and Android platforms for users, the POS terminal application to process the payments for debit cards, Website & Admin Dashboard. The designs will be provided. I need a payment gateway integration to allow users to make secure transactions within the app and POS terminal to pay their utility bills, recharge their prepaid phone, make product and tickets purchases & services and get them delivered with a live delivery driver app, while having the tickets scanned by a tickets app (feature added to the POS terminal app). Ideal candidates should have experience in mobile app development, utility bill wallets applications, payment gateway integration, wallet application integration into Apple and Android.
