User desktop/Android/Web inteface

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to develop a user interface for a desktop, Android, and web platform. The design style I am looking for is modern and minimalistic, with basic navigation and buttons. I am open to explore any ideas and features the freelancer may come up with, as long as they have experience in developing user interfaces.

Client currently has a desktop application to capture and reflect data to a MS SQL database.
We would like to create a Desktop or Android or Web application to monitor the data and provide analytical reporting to a user interface
