Upload applciation using Google Play with XAMARIN

We have a ready XAMARIN application that is ready to be launched on Google Play. We can not upload this application because of receiving failure while uploading ABB file. The problem: You uploaded an APK or Android App Bundle which has an activity, activity alias, service or broadcast receiver with intent filter, but without 'android:exported' property set. This file can't be installed on Android 12 or higher.
