Upgrade/update an Ionic 5 project to use the Android API 31 or higher

I have a project with Ionic 5, Angular 9, cordova using facebook and google login native plugins. I have to update the app in the playstore but the compíle version has the API 29, playstore restrict the updates to the API 13 or higher. So, I need someone who can configure the project to compile to the API 31 or higher. The app has to be completely functional(specially the google and facebook login) after the update.
