Upgrade 3 React Native applications to the latest SDKs from Android and Apple

I am looking for an experienced developer to upgrade 3 React Native applications to the latest SDKs from Android and Apple. There is one small bug fix required in one application as well.
The apps are fairly minimal in functionality with very little native features. Most functions are delivered via an embedded WebView.
I need a reliable and experienced developer who can make the necessary changes while maintaining the security and stability of the applications. We will also need help publishing the apps through the respective stores including step by step documentation for this process.
