Update target API level on Android App

Dear experts,
I have an Android App that cannot be downloaded by people with new Android phones because it requires the following update (see message from Google console)
From August 31, 2023, if your target API level is not within 1 year of the latest Android release, you won't be able to update your app. To continue making updates to your app, ensure your app targets Android 13 (API level 33).
My App is an Angular/Ionic.
Please let me know if you have experience with that, it should be a quick fix if you know Android Studio.
