Update outdated Android app for -e-bike stop minimula

We bought some new -electric steps , but the Ap is outdated, only Chinese and not suitable for latest Android

We want the file to be updated to latest version, and translated in multiple languages

Otherwise the bikes are not usable, because les etc is turned on by this app

We added the APK file in attachments
