Update existing app billing plateform to Play Billing Library 6.0

I am looking for an experienced Android developer to help me update my existing app billing platform to Play Billing Library 6.0. I already have a Play Developer Console account, and need assistance with the implementation. The current version of the Play Billing Library is 4.0. The preferred candidate should have a deep understanding of the Play Store ecosystem and be able to upgrade to version 6.0 without any issues. They should also be comfortable with required coding, testing, optimization, debugging, documentation, and other related activities.
