Update Cordova app with latest Pushwoosh SDK

I need to upgrade pushwoosh sdk to latest version. Our application was written in Cordova. It uses a service called Pushwoosh to send out push notifications to users. We found that some devices were not receiving notifications. Our contact at Pushwoosh recommended that we update the Pushwoosh SDK in our app and republish it. It's happening on both Android and iOS devices. Some are working properly, but others are not. My Android phone is not currently working.
