Update Android Mobile App SDK/Libs/OS

We are looking for an Expert Android developer that will handle an Android React Native Mobile Application development Project.
The selected developer will carry on the Project Update from Android 10 (API level 30) to Android 14 (API level 34).
The App currently compiles and is working fine and
already previously submitted and approved to google playstore.
The app needs now to be updated to work with Android 14 (API level 34),
as one of the new requirement to submit to Google Playstore.


Ideal Candidate:
1- Experience in Android JAVA
2- Experienced React Native developer
3- Experienced Yarn/npm
4- Experienced latest Android Studio Iguana | 2023.2.1 Patch 2
5- Experienced Google Playstore App upload/submissions
6- Experienced Identifying any potential issues that might affect app stability and promptly address them.


NOTES:
Work/Project is done on a Remote MacBook Pro Android Studio and
will be done online with the Supervisor Manager attending to support the Freelancer developer.
TeamViewer access will be given to the Freelance to work on the Remote Macbook.
Remote Macbook is located at Melbourne/Australia (AEST time zone)
Preferred Hours of work are 18:00-23:00,
but we can discuss alternative times.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Update Android SDK from compileSdkVersion/targetSdkVersion = 30 to 34
2. Update "react-native" if needed.
3. Update any Libs/SDK/Services if needed, to make it work, e.g. com.google.android.gms:play-services-maps.
4. Make sure using abiFilters "armeabi-v7a", "x86", "arm64-v8a", "x86_64" to support both 32 & 64Bits
5. Generate Debug and Release APK versions.
6. Supervisor Manager will test the Generated versions to confirm they are working 100% on local device(e.g. Samsung S8, S24).
7. Assist with publishing/Review to Google Playstore.
8. Supervisor Manager will test Final App from Playstore,
to confirm all previous Functionality is 100% working and Approve final of work.

Payments Milestones:
1st, 33.33%: Build on Android Studio Successful, without errors and Debug on device.
2nd, 33.33%: Submit to Google Playstore, Approved App upload/submission.
3rd, 33.33%: Test and Approve App functions 100% (Google Playstore).
