Create VR procedural city complete with traffic and pedestrian system using the Unreal Procedural city tool kit -City sample crowds, and city sample vehicles. Must output for the Oculus Quest.

Only Unreal Engine experts need apply as we don't have time to waist on those who think they can take this project and then youtube tutorials , you must have knowledge of Unreal Engine to complete this project. I'll upload the Procedural City Tool Kit to my Google drive because that's a $300 purchase, the city crowd sample city sample, and city sample crowds will need to be downloaded, if you're familiar with Unreal Engine then you're aware of these assets in the marketplace. Must have knowledge of outputting .APK for occulus quest 2
