Universal Button Triggered Contact & App Deletion

I'm looking for a skilled app developer to create a unique application for both Android and iOS platforms. This app will have the functionality of deleting contacts and uninstalling selected applications into GUI when any button is pressed three times.

Key Features:
- Cross-platform compatibility: The app should function seamlessly on both Android and iOS devices.
- Contact deletion: The ability to delete contacts from the user's contact list.
- App un-installation: The capability to uninstall completely selected applications.
- Universal button trigger: Any physical button on the device should be able to trigger these actions when pressed three times.
- No user authentication: The app should be straightforward and not require any form of user authentication. Therefore no confirmation from user on interface will be requested when un-install of application is requested by pressing 3 times the button.
