Uber-Style Ride-Hailing Solution

I’m ready to commission the complete build of a ride-hailing platform comparable to Ola or Uber, available on both iOS and Android. The system must cover every role—Passenger, Driver, and Admin—so each user enjoys a dedicated interface with the workflows they expect.

Passenger side
Riders need the familiar flow: quick signup, map-based pickup selection, live driver tracking, fare estimates, multiple payment methods, in-app chat, and post-trip ratings. A clean, latency-free UI is essential, as is GPS accuracy and secure payment processing (Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards, wallets).

Driver side
Drivers should see seamless onboarding with document upload and approval, real-time ride requests, navigation, earnings summaries, and the option to toggle availability. Stability while the app runs in the background is crucial.

Admin side
I’ll need a web dashboard that lets me review registrations, set surge pricing, monitor trips in real time, handle disputes, and pull financial reports. Role-based access inside the dashboard will keep operations and finance neatly separated.

Tech & infrastructure
I’m open to native (Swift + Kotlin) or a solid cross-platform stack like Flutter or React Native—choose whichever you can scale and maintain confidently. The backend should expose secure, versioned REST or GraphQL APIs, leverage push notifications (APNs/Firebase), and store data in a relational DB with geospatial support. Please prepare staging and production environments and assist with App Store & Play Store submissions.
