UNIX, Swift, hybrid, apple android app template

I am looking for the cheapest way to make a reusable app template. I am a hypnotist and I make different apps
for different topics, like sports or beauty.
Basically I need 1 app that will work for both android and iphone and the tablets. I have about 9 screens, not counting the sign in. I will do my own designs rather than work with yours.
I have 1 difficult feature that might present a problem. I have a sound feature that works easily on Android but Apple blocks sometimes, I do have that part coded, but it is necessary that it works on this application.
It is the first thing we need to check.
One feature is a weekly survey, so it needs tracking and reporting to me
There will be regular work after. as I have dozens of apps planned.
