UIUX for Quran + Tajweed App

I am looking for a UIUX designer to create an app for Android that will help intermediate learners of Quran and Tajweed. The app should be designed specifically for Android. I have branding guidelines that must be followed in the design process. The ideal candidate should have experience in UIUX design for mobile apps and be able to create a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate. The app should include features such as audio recordings, a search function, and interactive lessons. The main target audience for this app is intermediate learners who want to improve their Quran and Tajweed skills. The project should be completed within a reasonable timeframe and within budget.
